Cancellation policy.

At Brittle Bones Barber Co. (BBBC) clients must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice prior to cancelling or changing an appointment, and those future services may be refused if the client fails to provide such notice.

Client must acknowledge and agree that BBBC reserves the right to cancel/reschedule/amend appointments if the client arrives more than fifteen (15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, and a cancellation fee may apply.

All clients are required to provide a credit card on file to book services. If an appointment is cancelled with 24 hours or less notice, a 50% charge of salon services will be rendered. IF YOU, NO-SHO,W IT IS A 100% OF THE SERVICE

Children’s policy.

At Brittle Bones Barber Co. (BBBC), we love making everyone look and feel their best! To ensure a safe and happy experience for all our little clippers, we have a few special guidelines:

  • For Our Youngest Friends (Under 13): We kindly ask that children under the age of 13 have at least one adult in their group receiving a service at the same time. This helps us make sure we can give our full attention to everyone and maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all our guests. We want to make their haircut a fun and positive experience!

  • BBBC reserves the right to discontinue services for any reason.

  • Welcome, Teens! (13 and Older): We happily welcome guests aged 13 and older for their haircuts. They are welcome to come in on their own.
